Plus, it's very relaxing!  Combined with proper diet and regular exercise, massage is increasingly becoming part of an overall health program.

At Journey Spa, you'll find our signature treatments include mineral-rich elements from the sea and reviatalizing herbs and oils that leave skin super smooth.  Ginger Essence Hot Stones Massage and Jasmine Scalp Massage are just two examples, both of which are designed to leave you feeling peaceful and relaxed.  We also have treatments designed just for men, like our Journeyman's Facial.
