Virginia farm-to-table freshness, seasonal menus featuring
regional fare with Mid-Atlantic wine pairings, and Executive Chef
TV Flynn's culinary artistry highlight the Tides Inn's bi-monthly
dining series, Cuisine of the Season. The year-long culinary series
showcases an array of these local items with seasonally themed,
four-course wine dinners. Following the completion of each seasonal
dinner, the resort selects one dish to highlight as a daily special
on the East Room dinner menu for a limited time. Cuisine of the
Season Thursday night dinners are $85 per person, including paired
