Celebrating the birth of the wine industry on Carters Creek, we honor Virginia's first commercial winery now operated by Philip Carter Strother, a descendant of Charles Carter, the founder of this classic vineyard in Fauquier County.

 

In this dinner, Chef TV Flynn works with the best wines from Philip Carter and stays true to the simplicity and beauty of fresh local fruits and vegetables, paired with seasonal features from our favorite and finest summer suppliers.
