Golf Pro
Rich Ford joined the Golden Eagle Golf Club as Head Golf
Professional in 2006. A golf professional since 1997, he has
managed golf operations at various esteemed courses including Seven
Canyons Golf Club in Sedona as well as others in Northern
Arizona.

Rich is in charge of overseeing the daily operations of the
Golden Eagle, designed by George W. Cobb who carved the 18-hole
course out of a beautiful, wooded landscape around a 50-acre lake.
He manages the entire guest experience at the course, as well as
organizing tournaments and instructing clinics.
His passion for hospitality and golf is seen through his
dedication to making the Golden Eagle Golf Course at the Tides Inn
one of the most renowned in the Mid-Atlantic area. Rich's
leadership on and off the course is respected by his staff and
members of the community. He volunteers at the local schools,
enhancing playgrounds and performing volunteer work for the high
school ROTC unit, and also coaches two high school teams that call
the Golden Eagle Golf Club their home course.
Rich graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Education.
