The Tides Inn is pleased to now offer professional photography/art services through the talents of a recognized local artist, Michael Neff. Hired on an hourly basis, Mr. Neff will photograph groups, candids and documentary type imagery of most any activity (excluding weddings) of your choice...on the golf course, sailing or playing croquet with the kids. Within 24 hours, the photos, and related photo-merchandise will be available on-line for purchase at current rates.

Fees
Reservations must be made in advance and are $100.00/hour. There is a one-hour minimum charge. Additional time is billed at $100.00/hour billed in ½ hour increments.

Additional Specialty Artwork Commissions
For an additional fee, Mr. Neff will transform one of his photographs into a Photo-Painting and print it on archival canvas. The process is akin to oil painting, but it is done on the computer. The results are stunning and represent a much sought after genre.

Fees for this service are in addition to the standard rates and run $100.00/hour. A typical 16X20 rolled canvas print only is priced at $185.95. To transform that photo into a work of art is roughly 2 hours, so the total fees are 185.95 + $200.00 = 385.95.

How Do I Order?
Within 24 hours (usually less) the results of your photo shoot will be on-line and available for private viewing. A Gallery will be created with your last name as the title. Here’s how it works:

Go to www.neffworks.com  and navigate to the “Client Login” dropdown on the top right of the page, and then go to “Private Galleries.”
Here you will see an icon with a lock and your last name featured. Click on the icon and you will be asked for a password, which, unless you specify otherwise will be “neffworks” all in lower case.

Once inside your private gallery, you will see all the photos from the photo shoot in thumbnail size. Click on one and it will enlarge. Hover over the enlarged image and you can choose even larger version of the photo to see detail. There’s also a “share” button where you can email copies of the photos to friends & family, and a “slideshow” button to see all your images in a continuous presentation.

To purchase prints or merchandise, click on a photo and then the “buy” button. A window will open with 3 tabs for prints, merchandise or downloads, should you choose to purchase the original file and then make your own prints.

As with any commercial website, you make your choices, go to checkout, fill in payment details and await your merchandise to be delivered. That’s all you have to do!
