Day Spa Etiquette

Your Spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel an appointment, please call 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for your service.

If this is your first visit to a day spa, there are a few helpful day spa tips we would like to share with you.

* Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment for a treatment orientation. This will allow you time to prepare, ask questions and relax for a memorable experience.
* We will provide a locker, bathrobe and slippers for your use during your Spa visit.
* Our therapists are trained to keep you properly draped throughout the treatment, respecting your privacy at all times.
* After your treatment, we recommend that you allow yourself a few moments to relax in the Spa's serene environment.

To customize your dayspa experience, find out what services can be provided in the convenience of your room or boat. Eat lunch in the Spa or outside on the veranda overlooking Carters Creek.

Spa gift certificates are an ideal year-round gift for a special occasion. Delight and nurture that special someone with any of our personalized body treatments, massages, and facial therapies. Gift certificates may be ordered by phone or at shop@tidesinn.com.
