Reflexology 30 or 60 Minutes

This ancient methodology focuses on pressure points in the feet that are reflective of the entire body. We begin with a soaking hot footbath in sudsy aromatic water, massaging and work your feet, hands and all of your body’s reflexology points.

Shiatsu 60 or 90 Minutes

Balancing the energy flow through the meridians of the body is the goal of this Japanese form of bodywork. Using finger pressure in combination with stretching, it opens the meridians to create a sense of balance and peace. Please wear loose fitting athletic clothing for this session. 

Lymphatic Drainage 60 or 90 Minutes

This treatment employs a light rhythmic touch with the intention to re-direct and increase the lymph fluids to the lymphatic glands.  It improves the circulation and detoxification process.  This is a specialized technique for maintaining a healthy immune system. For the ultimate detoxifying system, add our Seaweed Leaf Wrap after this treatment.

Cranial Sacral Balancing 30 or 60 Minutes

This very subtle work focuses on increasing the flow of cerebrospinal fluid through the head and spine. It can be extremely beneficial to people who suffer from headaches, chronic neck and back pain, chronic fatigue and problems related to stress and tension. Please wear loose fitting athletic clothing for your comfort during this session.
