• The Spa at the Tides Inn is open from Sunday to Wednesday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Thursday to Saturday 8:00am to 8:30pm.
• Your Spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Please call 4 hours prior if you must cancel an appointment to avoid being charged for your service. If your appointment begins before 12:15pm you must cancel the evening prior to the spa’s closure.
• We will provide a bathrobe and slippers for your use during your Spa visit.
• To customize your Spa experience find out what services can be provided in the convenience of your room, boat and our Spa Gazebo’s. 
• Indulgent Spa Days are suggested for you and yours in the convenience of your own home.
• Eat lunch in the Spa or outside of the verenda over looking Carter’s Creek.  We now offer our healthy living spa menu.  
• If this is your first visit to the spa, there are a few helpful things we would like to share with you.
  • Please arrive in the lobby 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time for a treatment orientation. This will allow you time to prepare, ask questions and relax for a memorable experience.
  • Our therapists are trained to keep you properly draped throughout the treatment, respecting your privacy at all times.
  • After your treatment, we recommend that you allow yourself a few more quiet moments to relax in the Spa's serene environment.
