Fall Wine Dinner Series
Enjoy an evening of coastal gastronomy inspired by the change in seasons at Executive Chef Alex Pasco’s Fall Wine Dinner Series. Indulge in a five-course tasting menu paired with Virginia wines on the last Monday of October and November.
In October, the progressive dining experience begins in the nostalgic Chesapeake Restaurant before enjoying a family-style supper served outside at the Overlook. Each course is paired with Ox Eye wine, sourced from Stauton, VA. The evening concludes with a delectable dessert in the View Room.
