About Chef Devin Rose

Formally trained at Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Chef Devin Rose will join us for the very first event of our new series, Virginia Master Chef Dinners. Rose started his career at The Inn at Little Washington where he mentored all incoming cooks and represented them at all Relais & Châteaux events. As he wanted to discover new techniques, Rose made his way to L’Auberge Carmel in California, where he honed techniques that captured the essence of seafood, konro, cooking and foraging. The pinnacle of his career has been opening his own restaurant, Adrift, in his hometown of White Stone, Virginia, which quickly became a top restaurant in the region.
