Private yoga classes held in our Fitness Center, allow you to work on the poses and stretches that make sense for you on your schedule and at your own pace. These private sessions allow you to ease into yoga in a safer manner, with proper alignment and a clear focus on your goals and needs. 60 min $105 per person.
Our Fitness Center is open 24/7 with views of Carter’s Creek.
At your leisure, enjoy the view of the Northern Neck while playing on our tennis courts. The Tides Inn also offers tennis instructors for those who would enjoy perfecting their skills on the court.
