Tennis & Pickleball
Enjoy tennis at the Tides Inn, featuring four tennis courts, two clay and two hard-court. New for 2021, we added four pickle ball courts for your use. Tennis and pickleball are included in your resort fee. Rackets, balls and any additional equipment is supplied at the courts every day.
Creekside Morning Yoga
Creekside Morning Yoga with our wellness guide, India, begins with a gentle session of Hatha Yoga (stretching) focused on breath, body and mind. This session will ease into Vinyasa Yoga, stimulating the heart and coordinated with breath. The experience eds in a deep Savasana with guided meditation to allow you to let go completely for a deep relaxation. During your meditation, permit the sounds of nature to center you.
We offer an array of high-energy, instructor led classes: In Complete Core Focus, we start with a gentle warmup and move into an abdominal focus, our core, our powerhouse. Moving through different focus points, we will finish with a gentle cool down. Our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class is a cardio session of short bursts of high intensity workouts with a slight rest between. We will work all areas of our physiology during short segments to give your body a complete workout and end with a replenishing cool down. Step Class, an aerobics class designed to get your heart pumping, incorporates a four inch platform and a series of movements while working your muscles and keeping them engaged. All fitness classes are 45 minutes.
