Committed to the health and wellbeing of our guests, the Tides Inn offers a variety of wellness and fitness programs for all ages.

Boot Camp

Come and enjoy a fun high intensity workout on our Sunset Bluff over looking the water. This boot camp will include multiple exercise stations to get your heart rate up. Grab a partner and join us for your morning workout. 45 min complimentary.

Shoreline Sweat

Designed for the wellness and outdoor enthusiasts, the shoreline sweat will bring you close to nature and closer to your fitness goals. During the sweat we will be implementing bodyweight movements and mobility exercises. Grab a friend and join us for your morning workout. Meeting place we will be held at the Bluff. 30 min $15 per person (ages 16 and up)

At your leisure, enjoy the view of the Northern Neck while playing on our tennis courts. The Tides Inn also offers tennis instructors for those who would enjoy perfecting their skills on the court.

Private Tennis Lesson

Looking for a hitting partner or a lesson to help your stroke? Our resident Tennis Pro, John DeLong is a former collegiate all American and professional player at the 5.0 level who brings years of diverse teaching experience from his world travels to The Tides Inn. For guests interested in tennis, John excels at all levels of instruction while creating a fun and relaxed experience while on the court.

Grab a paddle and hit the court for an exciting game of pickle ball, the perfect combination of tennis, badminton and ping pong.
