One of the most scenic and enjoyable Virginia courses for beginners and professionals alike, the Golden Eagle golf course, built in 1976, features 18-holes and 6,511 yards of championship golf. Course hours are 7am – 5pm, daily.

Golf Instructors
Get the most of your game with private or group golf lessons by our PGA golf professionals. Golf instruction is available to members and golfers alike upon request, and is offered across all skill levels.
Golden Eagle Grill
Located inside the Golden Eagle Clubhouse, guests are invited to indulge in American light fare at the Golden Eagle Grill before heading out on the golf course or following a successful morning on the green. Open from 11am to 3pm, closed on Tuesdays. View menu >
Par 3 golf
Warm up for your day on the green with a complimentary round on our Par -3 nine hole executive course.
Rentals & Amenities
Srixon golf clubs are available for rental upon request. Proper golf attire is required at the Golden Eagle Golf Club and Golden Eagle Grill. If you are a guest staying at the Tides Inn, transportation to and from the course can be arranged for your convenience.
Memberships
Join our legacy with a membership to the Golden Eagle Golf Course, a historic place of play since 1976. Full golf memberships include unlimited green fees, use of driving range, concessions at the pro shop and Tides Inn, tournaments and youth golf programs, bag storage and more.
