Foam Roller Recovery
Foam rolling releases muscle knots, relieves inflammation, and improves overall comfort. It can also increase your range of motion, flexibility, and mobility while boosting circulation and lymphatic flow. This exercise is great for before and after workouts and next-day recovery. The class will be held in the Fitness Center studio space. Complimentary with the resort fee.

Start your morning off right with a introduction to a Pilates mat class. Here we will focus on balance and core strength that help improve day to day activities.
Our signature class is a fusion of restorative positions enhanced with therapeutic touch by a licensed massage therapist. Guests relax in these positions on a mat for up to 10 minutes while the therapist performs therapeutic massage techniques to deepen the practice. *Time of session depends on size of class.
Sunrise Salutations Yoga
This class will help set your intentions for the rest of your day. It includes 35 minutes of postures that will warm, strengthen, and align the entire body.
Designed for the wellness and outdoor enthusiasts, the shoreline sweat will bring you close to nature and closer to your fitness goals.
With a capacity of only two guests, Cardio & Strength is a personalized, fast-paced workout that combines the benefits of cardiovascular and strength training. These two elements will help your body build muscle, endurance, and metabolic strength. The workout will be bouts of intermittent cardio in conjunction with weightlifting and body weight movements. We will begin and end with a cool down segment as well. Training is personalized to you and customized to fit your needs. $100 per person.
