Foam Roller Recovery

Foam rolling releases muscle knots, relieves inflammation, and improves overall comfort. It can also increase your range of motion, flexibility, and mobility while boosting circulation and lymphatic flow. This exercise is great for before and after workouts and next-day recovery. The class will be held in the Fitness Center studio space. Complimentary with the resort fee.

Total Body Sculpt

This class will increase flexibility, and muscular stamina, and get the blood flowing without the use of heavy weights or equipment. This is an ideal class for anyone healing from muscular injuries, in need of flexibility training, or just looking for a good calorie burn. This class will be held in the fitness center studio space.

Morning Stretch

Start your morning in nature and experience ultimate relaxation. Meet at the Par 3 golf course. Complimentary with the resort fee.

Private Training

With a capacity of only two guests, Cardio & Strength is a personalized, fast-paced workout that combines the benefits of cardiovascular and strength training. These two elements will help your body build muscle, endurance, and metabolic strength. The workout will be bouts of intermittent cardio in conjunction with weightlifting and body weight movements. We will begin and end with a cool down segment as well. Training is personalized to you and customized to fit your needs. $100 per person. Our Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day and enjoys views of Carter’s Creek. Join us for one of the complimentary classes held here or outside in warmer months.
