Dive into ecology with our Oysters, Fire & Cheer experience with resident ecologist, Will Smiley. Learn about the oyster species, contribute to the shoreline restoration and enjoy freshly prepared oysters over an open fire.
Looking for family-friendly holiday activities? Our Maker Space hosts a variety of art workshops led by resident artist, Theresa, such as painting holiday cards, crafting ornaments from oyster shells and creating wreaths from resort-collected items. With her tips and guidance, create a unique gift for your loved ones.
Celebrate the holiday season in style with our Christmas Eve Dinner and Christmas Day Brunch. Enjoy a delicious array of dishes prepared by our culinary team, from pan seared rockfish and seafood paella with calamari, to oysters and a carving table with baked ham.
