Enjoy a bushel or two amongst friends during this classic southern reception. The Tides Inn proudly purveys only the freshest oysters, allowing our guests to delight in tasting the Rappahannock (Rapp) oysters. Known for its low salinity, this oyster pairs excellently with white wines, or to keep with true oyster roasting tradition, a cold beer.

Business of Burgers

The outcome is just as important as the process, which challenges teams of up to six to create the perfect burger. Using a vast array of products and ingredients, groups will need to build a marketing campaign around their burger – establishing a name, catchphrase and display. Teams then pitch their burger and if it wins, it will be presented to the group for lunch.
